Step into the world of dinosaurs and experience the wonder of nature brought back to life. Log in to your Genesys ORG and create your own Jurassic Park Knowledge Base.
Each one of the attractions below is linked to a Knowledge Base article in a different format. Each article contains a mistake highlighted with the text, "Fix This". Fix each one and import them to your library. You can also create your own custom articles using the 'Create Article' tool in Genesys Cloud.
If you're able, try to tie your newly created Knowledge Base into one of your other SWAT Training labs. Good luck!
